The full posting

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Federal Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle while ensuring strict compliance with applicable FAR, DFARS, GSA, and customer requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, and serving as a key point of communication for both internal and external stakeholders. By collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams, you will help guarantee seamless contract execution from inception to closeout.

Furthermore, the Contract Specialist plays a vital role in driving continuous organizational improvement. You will maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, support ongoing process enhancements, and champion best practices that strengthen compliance, boost operational efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction across the board.

Essential Qualification to the Role:

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal development and solicitation review through final contract closeout and record retention.
  • Demonstrating deep understanding of FAR/DFAR flow-downs and prime contract obligations while proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Negotiating clear, enforceable terms that balance risk, cost reasonableness, and supplier performance expectations.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing while serving as a key communication link with customers, government agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management).
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs), and champion process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated federal contracting experience.

If you're ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact, we want to hear from you. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
