About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate ServiceNow Configurator for our client. In this role, you will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. You will serve as a technical expert, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and modules.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow modules. Experience in multiple modules of ServiceNow or atleast more than 1 module of ServiceNow Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on platform strategy and enhancements.

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features; evaluate and recommend adoption where appropriate. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
