Technical Operations Specialist for a Real Estate Company (US-Based/

Role Overview: This hands-on role combines technical troubleshooting, automation, QA, and campaign operations . You'll resolve integration issues, build automations, support partner onboarding, and ensure marketing campaigns and operational workflows run smoothly.

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who can independently manage technical challenges, improve processes, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by non-technical teams.
• Investigate data discrepancies, integration failures, broken automations, and synchronization issues.
• Build and maintain automations using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot CRMs, APIs, webhooks, integrations, logs, and databases, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Build and maintain automated QA/testing workflows.
• Use SQL and MongoDB to investigate and resolve data issues.
• Identify recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent them.
• Build simple dashboards and reports for non-technical teams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, coding, testing, and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, technical support, automation engineering, QA automation, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience building automations and integrations between multiple systems .
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations .
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript .
• Experience querying and troubleshooting databases using SQL ; MongoDB experience preferred .
• Experience troubleshooting CRMs and business systems; GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus .
• Experience with automated QA/testing workflows , root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to support non-technical teams and independently resolve technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
