The ideal candidate has strong project management and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored packaging or shipping solutions.
  • Set clear expectations regarding pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  1. Project & Order Management
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate the sampling, production, and delivery process.
  • Coordinate execution with internal teams and partner factories.
  • Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure projects progress smoothly and potential delays or issues are addressed promptly.
  1. Quotations & Reporting
  • Prepare, generate, and update quotations and project documentation.
  • Track margin opportunities and client profitability.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and dashboards using Lark.
  • Keep project information organized and up to date.
  1. Cross-Department Coordination
  • Work closely with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable instructions for suppliers.
  • Attend internal meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure action items are completed.
  1. Email & Communication Management
  • Prioritize and manage email communications with clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication across stakeholders.
  • Keep records and project updates current in the company's project management systems.
