As we continue to scale, we are building strong client-focused systems to ensure consistency, compliance, and an outstanding experience from the very first interaction.

About the Role

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and delivering multiple video assets per week in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role focuses on creating, versioning, and adapting ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.

You will follow creative briefs while applying performance best practices to strengthen pacing, clarity, and hooks. This role requires quick iteration based on feedback and performance data, strong organizational skills, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Strong English and Spanish proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver multiple video assets per week in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create, version, and adapt ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Follow creative briefs as directed, while applying performance best practices to strengthen pacing, clarity, and hooks when needed.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance-driven revisions.
  • Maintain clean, organized project files, naming conventions, and export standards.
  • Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve speed and output quality.
  • Make sound creative decisions to keep projects moving when direction is unavailable.

Qualifications

  • Strong English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Prior experience creating paid performance ads (not only organic or brand edits).
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple assets simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of short-form advertising best practices.
  • Ability to closely adhere to creative briefs while also making sound creative decisions independently.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Eleven Labs, SubMagic, and generative AI tools (e.g., Sora, Veo 3).

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is helpful but not required for success in this role:

  • Adobe After Effects experience (motion graphics, text animation, light compositing).
  • Experience editing UGC-style or testimonial-based ads.
  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks (hooks, variations, iterations).
  • Familiarity with U.S. legal or direct-response advertising content.

Requirements

  • Portfolio required: Must include examples of paid ad creatives.
  • Availability: Must be available to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
  • Revision readiness: Comfortable with rapid feedback cycles and multiple revisions per asset.
  • Workflow discipline: Able to deliver well-organized project files and exports following established workflows.
  • Technical reliability: Reliable high-speed internet and hardware capable of handling large media files.
  • Time Tracking: Must be willing to use time-tracking software to log hours (Hubstaff).

Key Traits

  • Consistency and reliability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication in a remote, cross-cultural environment
  • Openness to feedback and iteration
  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality

What We Offer

  • Earn $9–$12/hour USD based on experience.
  • Competitive hourly pay (Full-Time, 40 hours/week).
  • 100% remote work environment.
  • 6 paid time-off (PTO) days per year.
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and legal professionals in a growing, modern law firm.

This position is open to candidates located in Latin America only. Resumes must be submitted in English. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
