About the Role
Our Assistants is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate / SDR to engage prospective business clients, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored remote staffing solutions. You will collaborate with an industry subject matter expert to build client relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive business growth across industries such as property management, logistics, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and staffing requirements.
- Present and pitch OA’s remote staffing solutions through professional video calls.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective business clients.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Handle objections and communicate the value of remote staffing solutions.
- Manage prospect follow-ups, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
- Collaborate with industry experts to develop tailored client solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in SaaS, BPO, remote staffing, digital marketing, or professional services is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Consultative sales approach with high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable leading video calls and engaging with business clients.
- Must be based in South Africa or Latin America and available to work US business hours.
