You will combine strong technical capability, solution design expertise and commercial awareness to help drive the evolution of Orgvue's platform and solution offerings.

Role

You will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex solution capabilities within the Orgvue platform, helping partners and customers maximise value from their investment in Orgvue.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Partner Success and Customer Experience teams, you'll define solution requirements, guide implementation approaches and support the successful deployment of solution offerings. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, solution design, stakeholder engagement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior technical subject matter expert on the Orgvue platform, helping solve complex customer and partner challenges.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solution opportunities.
  • Lead the definition, design, development and delivery of custom solutions, content and capabilities within the Orgvue platform, from discovery and requirements gathering through to deployment and early adoption.
  • Identify emerging market and customer needs, translating them into scalable solution concepts and recommending new capabilities and ways of delivering customer value.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and the wider Partner Solutions function to share customer feedback, identify platform enhancements and support continuous improvement.
  • Develop documentation, configuration guidance, deployment materials, best practices and reusable solution assets to support effective delivery and adoption.
  • Use LLM tools to speed up research, solution design, configuration, coding and documentation, reviewing outputs for accuracy and suitability before use.
  • Create and maintain LLM skill files that capture Orgvue expertise, solution patterns and implementation guidance for use through our MCP server.
  • Mentor Solutions Engineers and provide technical guidance and enablement to Partner Success, Technical Account Management and Customer Experience teams.
  • Support proof of concept activities, pilot programmes and strategic customer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working with the Orgvue platform or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong solution design, technical consulting and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leading complex solution development or implementation initiatives.
  • Strong programming and technical skills, including JavaScript and ideally Python or similar technologies.
  • Practical experience using LLM tools in technical or consulting workflows, including writing clear instructions and examples, testing performance and assessing and improving outputs.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data management, analytics and modelling concepts.
  • Experience gathering, analysing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting solutions and recommendations to customers, partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Product, Engineering and Customer Experience teams.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning and creating customer value through technology.

Benefits

  • Hybrid/remote working depending on your preference.
  • 25 days’ paid holiday.
  • Group RRSP with employer matching up to 5% of base salary, plus employer contributions to the Canada Pension Plan.
