  • Partner with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, and Operations teams to develop and deliver high-quality scientific communications aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee account financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Client Services team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, improving delivery processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the account.
  • Support business development through proposals, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to expand the client partnership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader business initiatives, resource planning, and the continued evolution of our client services offering.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, including Medical Affairs, scientific publications, AI, and omnichannel engagement, bringing innovative thinking and strategic insights to clients and internal teams.

About You
