As Finance Manager, you will help guide the financial health of the business by bringing structure, accuracy, and insight to core finance operations. This role offers the chance to work closely with leadership, influence strategic decision-making, and strengthen the processes that support sustainable growth and sound financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance reporting across the business.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Develop financial controls and procedures to improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, analysis, and business performance insights.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while improving accounting workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or another financial management system.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• A dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
