NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

• Help clients understand how injuries, treatment, and recovery relate to their case
• Reinforce attorney and paralegal guidance in a medically credible, easy-to-understand way
• Suggest alternative treatment paths when clients are hesitant about a doctor's recommendation
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the firm's in-house nurse on complex cases
• Document client conversations and outcomes accurately in the firm's case management system
Requirements

• Ability to explain medical concepts in simple, clear, and reassuring language
• Comfortable educating and guiding clients in a persuasive but professional way
• Strong rapport-building, empathy, and listening skills
• Interest in working in a legal or personal injury environment, not only clinical care
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
• Based in the Dominican Republic, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
• Experience in emergency medicine, orthopedics, physical medicine, or radiology
• Familiarity with personal injury, workers' compensation, or medico-legal cases

• Fluency in Spanish
Benefits
• We offer health insurance for contractors
• Holiday Extra Pay
• The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
• This is a 100% home-based position
• We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
• In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided.
• There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.
• There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
