Wowcher and TikTok Shop.
They have three simple goals. To provide: Great Products. Great Prices. Great Service. Since 1977 when the business started selling its first product out of the owner's spare bedroom, they are now going through a period of real growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Amazon PPC and Growth Manager to take ownership of two e-commerce brands and drive their growth. This role combines hands-on Amazon PPC management with pricing, listing optimization, inventory planning, and overall brand performance.
The ideal candidate can think beyond advertising metrics and manage a brand like their own business. In-house or brand-side e-commerce experience is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates who can connect PPC decisions with sales, profitability, and long-term growth.
You’ll work closely with a Brand Director and cross-functional teams, with support from internal tools and creative resources. Amazon will account for approximately 80% of the role, with opportunities to support growth across other marketplaces.
Responsibilities
-
Amazon PPC Management: Build, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Analyze performance data, adjust bids and budgets, and identify keyword opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
-
PPC Strategy: Develop advertising strategies and recommendations in collaboration with the Brand Director, using data to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
-
Listing and Conversion Optimization: Improve listing quality, product imagery, and conversion performance. Provide creative briefs and feedback, conduct competitor research, and use Amazon A/B testing and other research tools to guide improvements.
-
Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with the Brand Director on pricing, deals, coupons, and promotional strategies, with opportunities to take greater ownership over time.
-
Inventory and Demand Planning: Work with Supply Chain and Logistics to maintain inventory forecasts, coordinate FBA replenishment, and minimize stockout risks.
-
Brand Performance: Monitor sales, margins, keyword rankings, and other key metrics. Prepare weekly performance updates and recommend actions to improve results.
-
Marketplace Management: Support listing quality and localization across relevant US, UK, and European marketplaces, including France, Spain, and Germany.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creatives, Listing Specialists, and Brand Administrators to implement improvements and resolve listing or catalog issues.
-
Prioritization and Execution: Manage multiple workstreams, identify risks early, and ensure important tasks are completed without losing sight of overall business goals.
