About the Role Mindful Souls is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Specialist to plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, coordinate product launches, and optimize promotional offers using customer insights and performance data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, commercial judgment, analytical ability, and end-to-end campaign ownership. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning: Maintain a proactive marketing calendar covering seasonal events, product launches, promotions, and customer needs across the US, Canada, Europe/UK, and Australia markets.
  • Campaign Execution & Coordination: Translate marketing ideas into actionable plans with clear briefs, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and review checkpoints. Coordinate with copywriting, design, inventory, website, and other relevant teams.
  • Email Marketing Support: Collaborate with the email marketing team by providing campaign ideas, product selections, offers, creative requirements, collections, landing pages, and verified URLs within agreed timelines.
  • Promotional Offers & Merchandising: Develop and recommend bundles, free gifts, themed collections, and discount offers based on customer relevance, inventory availability, product performance, profitability, and execution feasibility.
  • Shopify Store Management: Create or coordinate product listings, collections, homepage banners, and landing page updates. Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, currencies, promotional messaging, and links across devices and markets.
  • Product Launch Management: Coordinate product launches from planning through execution, ensuring inventory readiness, feasibility, approvals, stakeholder alignment, and quality checks before launch.
  • AfterSell Optimization: Monitor upsell funnels for product availability, technical issues, and performance changes. Recommend and test improvements to increase conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per eligible visit.
  • Customer Research & Performance Analysis: Coordinate customer surveys, analyze product and campaign performance, investigate changes in results, and recommend actionable improvements supported by data.
  • Project & Workflow Management: Maintain organized project workflows in Asana, track deliverables and dependencies, communicate blockers proactively, and develop SOPs and templates to improve execution efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, email, inventory, and website teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
