As the Coordinating Producer, YouTube, you will drive the end-to-end publishing and backend strategy across Men in Blazers’ video channels. Leading a dedicated YouTube publishing team, you will serve as the final quality check for video content, optimize post-production workflows, and collaborate with senior leadership on titling, thumbnails, and programming schedules. Beyond daily publishing operations, track production calendars across verticals, analyze content rollout performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum audience engagement and brand growth.
