About the Project

We’re looking for a Brand Producer (Governance & Ops) to protect and elevate how a leading global hospitality brand shows up across APAC.

The brand already has comprehensive global guidelines, strong centrally produced assets and a clear brand system. The challenge is what happens next: how that work is selected, adapted, produced and approved across regional teams, local markets, agencies and publishing partners.

You’ll sit between regional leadership and local execution, helping teams apply brand standards consistently, improve the quality of creative work and move through approvals faster. This is not a compliance-only role. You’ll need strong creative judgement, production understanding and excellent operational discipline. You should be able to look at an asset, production plan or shoot and understand not only whether it follows the guidelines, but whether it is actually good.

Success means stronger, more consistent work going live across markets, fewer avoidable errors and less day-to-day approval burden on the internal brand team.

Over time, you’ll also help evolve the approval process into a more scalable operating model supported by technology, automation and AI-enabled workflows, while keeping human judgement at the centre.

About the Role

Brand Governance & Creative Quality

  • Review digital creative, adaptations and locally produced assets against global and individual brand standards.
  • Assess image selection, copy, typography, logos, calls to action, location markers, layout and overall creative quality.
  • Apply different brand standards appropriately across luxury, lifestyle and full-service portfolios.
  • Give clear, constructive feedback that helps teams improve the work rather than simply reject it.
  • Protect regional brand standards while enabling markets to retain the freedom to create and move quickly.

Creative Production & Pre-Production

  • Bring strong production judgement to photography, video and content development across the region.
  • Review pre-production materials and creative plans before significant production spend is committed.
  • Understand the difference between architectural, lifestyle and people-led content and what strong execution looks like across each.
  • Join selected pre-production conversations and flag risks early.
  • Work constructively with photographers, videographers, agencies and production partners to raise the quality of execution and avoid expensive rework.

Creative Operations & Approvals

  • Own the day-to-day flow of submissions, reviews, feedback and approvals across regional and local teams.
  • Create clear processes, timelines and hand-offs so work moves efficiently from creation to approval.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, publishers and production partners.
  • Track recurring issues, bottlenecks and areas where clearer guidance or training would improve performance.
  • Help turn brand governance from a reactive approval process into a structured, scalable operating model.

Workflow & Continuous Improvement

  • Help evolve the governance process through better tools, templates, workflows and automation.
  • Work with platforms that support creative production, asset adaptation and approvals.
  • Explore practical uses of AI and agentic workflows to support guideline checks, asset review and reviewer efficiency.
  • Maintain human creative judgement where automation cannot reliably assess quality, context or taste.
  • Help build a future operating model that improves speed, consistency and visibility across markets.

About You

  • You bring 10+ years of experience across creative operations, brand operations, integrated production, creative project management or content production.
  • You have worked within complex regional or global brands where consistency and execution quality matter.
  • You understand the creative production process across photography, video, digital and social assets.
  • You have strong visual judgement and can recognise the difference between technically compliant work and genuinely strong work.
  • You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, markets and approval processes.
  • You can translate detailed brand guidelines into practical, constructive feedback.
  • You are confident working directly with agencies, production partners and senior internal stakeholders.
  • You combine high standards with a partnership mindset — your instinct is to help teams get work approved, not become another blocker.
  • You are curious about technology and comfortable helping shape more automated and AI-supported ways of working.
  • Experience across luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, retail, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands would be highly relevant.
