Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. About the Role Social is one of the most visible surfaces of the LP brand, and it's ready for a strategic owner. You'll set the direction for how LP shows up across every platform, from LinkedIn to Reddit, and turn that presence into a real growth channel rather than a content calendar that runs on its own. This is a build role. You'll define the strategy, prove that social drives pipeline, and make the function a reliable partner to the rest of marketing. You'll work closely with our CEO on his thought leadership presence and with content, demand gen, and sales on campaigns that need social to land. What You'll Do Build and publish a documented social strategy within your first 90 days: channel priorities, content pillars, posting cadence, and voice guidelines, reviewed quarterly against performance data. Own a quarterly social-sourced pipeline target, set jointly with sales and RevOps, and build the reporting that shows a clear line between social activity and business results. Grow share of voice for LP's core narrative through follower growth, reach, and impressions on flagship content, including our CEO's thought leadership and our Reddit presence. Manage community health end to end: engagement rate, response time, and sentiment, with a clear before-and-after benchmark from your first day. Make social a dependable contributor to at least one other function's goals within your first year, such as the newsletter's social section, video series distribution, or webinar promotion, with a documented handoff process. Own real-time judgment calls. Reddit threads and comment sections move fast, and there's no playbook for every scenario. You'll decide when to engage, when to escalate, and how to protect the brand without waiting for direction. What We're Looking For Skills and Experience 4-6 years in social media or community management, with at least 2 years owning strategy rather than executing someone else's calendar. Deep working knowledge of how platforms actually behave, not a one-size-fits-all approach to LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok. Comfortable pulling and interpreting engagement, reach, and conversion data, and adjusting strategy based on what the numbers say. Strong brand voice discipline. You can make LP sound like LP everywhere, including in fast-moving, informal spaces like Reddit. Hands-on content creation or art direction skill, whether that's producing content yourself or briefing designers and videographers effectively. Attributes You operate as a strategic owner of the function, not an execution arm. You spot opportunities and act on them rather than waiting to be asked. You have strong judgment under ambiguity. When something goes sideways in public, you own it end to end. You hold a high quality bar even at volume. Social is often a prospect's first touchpoint with LP, and you know sloppy content undercuts the brand. You work fluidly across functions. Social touches nearly everything else in marketing, and you're comfortable coordinating with content, demand gen, sales, and leadership. You stay ahead of platform shifts and cultural moments instead of catching up to them weeks later.
