Remote Retention Specialist – Outbound Sales Representative ($14-16/hr + Bonus Incentive)

• Compensation: $14-16/hour base pay plus bonus incentive
• Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am-5:30pm EST or 10am-6:30pm EST

What You’ll Do

• Make an average of 100–150 outbound calls per shift to returning customers
• Collect relevant health information to better understand each customer’s health risks and needs
• Educate customers on the benefits of preventive health screenings and the importance of screening annually
• Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services and convert leads
• Schedule screening appointments and collect payments over the phone
• Overcome objections, build value, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• A strong desire to work and succeed in a sales environment
• Excellent phone etiquette with strong consultative sales skills
• Stable work history
• Ability to effectively manage stress, time, and a high-volume call environment
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps Download and 10 Mbps Upload
• A designated, quiet home workspace free from noise and distractions
