Job Description
Are you passionate about life sciences and ready to lead a sales team across Europe? We're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our team of field-based Technical Sales Specialists and drive the growth of our ATCC portfolio across Europe. As ATCC's distribution partner in Europe, LGC plays a meaningful role in providing scientists with access to high-quality, authenticated biological materials used in drug discovery, biotechnology and scientific research.

Get involved in the bigger opportunities, supporting your team with strategic accounts, complex sales and senior-level customer relationships.

Shape our commercial approach, using customer insights, market trends and competitor intelligence to influence sales and go-to-market strategies. Work closely with ATCC and senior leadership, building strong relationships and ensuring we're making the most of this important partnership.

Collaborate across the business, working with Marketing and other teams to deliver successful commercial initiatives. Stay connected to customers and your team, spending time in the field to understand market needs, find opportunities and support sales success. Champion commercial excellence, ensuring strong sales processes, accurate reporting and adherence to LGC and ATCC requirements.
