Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce. We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.
Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.
As we expand our footprint in EMEA, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the region.
In this role, you'll own relationships with major marketplace sellers, brands, and channel partners defining sales strategy, leading client presentations, and driving sustainable growth on the platform. You'll shape EMEA business development strategy directly, working closely with marketing and operations to turn partnerships into scalable, measurable results.
What You'll Own:
- Develop and manage relationships with major marketplace sellers (Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify), brands, and channel partners.
- Define and execute sales strategies for seller partners, lead client presentations, and support sustainable business growth on the platform.
- Contribute to the formulation and review of business development strategies for the EMEA market.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous performance optimization.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of business development experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales and channel management; prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS industries is preferred.
- Extensive experience driving enterprise sales growth through consultative selling techniques, with solid analytic expertise in revenue forecasting, business planning, and pricing.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing models, platforms, and best practices; in-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships.
- Proficiency in establishing scalable sales processes, reporting, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Hubspot)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action, agility to navigate complex organizations, and a collaborative nature that fosters high-impact partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in English is required.
This role is location specific to the United Kingdom or the Netherlands.
What Levanta Offers:
- A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
- A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
- Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
