Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving the Church behind the scenes? Generis is looking for an Operations and Events Resident who enjoys helping people, creating welcoming experiences, and making sure the details are handled with excellence.

In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced team that equips churches and faith-based nonprofits to cultivate generosity as a spiritual discipline. You’ll gain hands-on experience in administrative support, event coordination, hospitality, and operational systems while helping the team serve ministry leaders across North America.

You’ll contribute to the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running smoothly, support events and client experiences, and help build systems that allow the team to grow its impact. With direct mentorship and practical training, you’ll strengthen your organizational, communication, problem-solving, and professional skills in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

This residency is an opportunity to discover how your gifts in organization, service, and administration can make a meaningful difference in ministry and build a strong foundation for your future career.
