About the Role

We are seeking an Advertising Specialist to support advertising execution and brand management across a portfolio of e-commerce brands.

Working alongside an experienced advertising team, you will help maintain and optimize PPC campaigns, monitor performance data, adjust budgets and bids, manage keywords and targeting, and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.

This is an entry-level execution role with strong growth potential. We value accuracy, initiative, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should be comfortable working with data, following established processes, receiving feedback, and taking ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Make daily campaign adjustments to budgets, bids, bid modifiers, keywords, and targeting.
  • Manage keyword harvesting, negative targeting, and campaign maintenance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement adjustments based on performance trends and established strategies.
  • Double-check changes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Performance Analysis

  • Review advertising data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key PPC performance indicators and communicate notable changes.
  • Support testing and optimization initiatives to improve advertising outcomes.
  • Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the advertising lead and brand management team to support brand-specific goals.
  • Communicate campaign updates, questions, and potential issues clearly.
  • Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
  • Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and team documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on PPC advertising experience. E-commerce advertising experience is preferred.

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or Sponsored Display.

  • Experience with Walmart Connect or other e-commerce advertising platforms.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for reporting, insights, or audience generation.

  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

  • Experience maintaining advertising SOPs and documenting repeatable workflows.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfort working with performance data and making decisions based on evidence.

  • Ability to follow direction, learn quickly, and apply feedback.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistent execution.

Ideal Candidate

You are proactive, curious, and detail-oriented. You enjoy understanding why campaigns perform the way they do and using data to guide adjustments. You check your work, communicate openly, welcome constructive feedback, and look for ways to make recurring tasks more reliable.

You are comfortable working in a small, accountable team where consistent execution and continuous improvement matter more than titles.
