Compensation: $700–$1,200 USD per month + 13th-month pay

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Specialist to support our e-commerce catalog and brand operations. Working alongside the Catalog Lead, you will help keep Amazon product listings accurate, organized, and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include routine database maintenance, Amazon Seller Central updates, report generation, product variation setup, flat-file uploads, and drafting or editing product listing copy.

This is an entry-level, execution-focused role with room to grow. You do not need previous Amazon or e-commerce experience, but you must be willing to learn, follow established procedures, check your work carefully, and communicate when something is unclear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull routine catalog, inventory, and performance reports and maintain accurate database records.
  • Update Amazon Seller Central listings, including product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and descriptions.
  • Assist with product variation structures and flat-file uploads.
  • Draft and edit product listing copy according to brand guidelines and keyword targets.
  • Identify and document catalog errors, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and other issues requiring review.
  • Maintain clean, accurate spreadsheets, databases, and catalog documentation.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine catalog tasks.
  • Perform basic catalog audits and quality checks.
  • Monitor and appropriately respond to Account Health notifications and customer messages, following established guidelines and escalation procedures.
  • Communicate questions, completed tasks, and issues clearly with the Catalog Lead and broader team.
  • Learn and gradually take ownership of more advanced catalog operations.

You May Be a Great Fit If You

  • Take pride in accuracy and double-checking your work.
  • Enjoy organizing information and keeping records tidy.
  • Can follow a defined process while learning unfamiliar systems.
  • Ask questions when you are unsure and apply feedback to improve.
  • Can work independently after receiving training.
  • Want to develop practical skills in Amazon and e-commerce operations.
  • Are interested in growing into more advanced catalog, e-commerce, or operations roles.

Our Working Principles

We value integrity, open and honest communication, a results-oriented mindset, and continuous improvement. We welcome people who take ownership of their work, respond constructively to feedback, and look for ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Entry level: Amazon or e-commerce experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. (C1)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent quality-checking habits.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable with repetitive data-entry and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and established SOPs.
  • Organized and capable of tracking multiple routine tasks.
  • Fast learner who responds constructively to feedback.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions when needed.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Benefits

  • Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.

  • Growth Opportunities: As a key player you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us.

  • Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.

As part of our recruitment process, all candidates will be kindly asked to agree to Lago’s Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement . This ensures a respectful and professional experience for everyone involved.
