WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🔍

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can lead end-to-end projects and major strategic work streams across value and access. You’ll bring strong technical expertise and rigour, alongside excellent project delivery and governance skills. You’ll be confident developing clear, actionable recommendations, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll also play an important role in coaching and developing junior consultants, helping to build capability across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead value and access projects or major workstreams from set-up through delivery, including planning, methodology, resourcing, quality control, financial awareness and client communication.

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership across payer strategy, global value communications, HTA readiness, policy intelligence, evidence gap assessment, reimbursement planning and stakeholder engagement.

  • Senior-review value dossiers, payer value propositions, HTA strategy outputs, advisory board materials, objection handlers, payer decks, reports and medical writing deliverables.

  • Lead client discussions, workshops and strategic meetings, translating complex evidence and access issues into practical recommendations and next steps.

  • Own project-level delivery economics, anticipating scope, timeline, review and resourcing risks and protecting quality and profitability.

  • Mentor Consultants, Associate Consultants and Analysts, strengthening capability in structured thinking, evidence interpretation, writing quality and client-ready delivery.

  • Support proposal development, project scoping, pitch materials and account growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience in market access, value communications, HTA strategy, payer research, HEOR, medical writing or healthcare consulting.

  • Proven ability to lead projects or major workstreams, manage client expectations and deliver high-quality outputs on time and within scope.

  • Strong understanding of global, regional or affiliate payer requirements, HTA systems, pricing and reimbursement pathways and evidence needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strategic storytelling and senior-review capability.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage scope, effort, resourcing, quality and profitability at project level.

  • Experience contributing to business development activities such as proposals, pitch meetings, thought leadership or service offering development.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience leading international market access, JCA readiness, managed access, rare disease, oncology, ATMP or complex launch projects.

  • Line management or formal coaching experience.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU? 🤩

💰 Competitive Salary (dependent on experience).

🎁 Extensive benefit programme.

👥 Company-wide meet-ups.

🌍 International work environment with cross-border responsibilities.

🌴 Generous annual leave entitlement – 3 of those will be used for our Christmas shutdown.

⭐️ Flexible working – to help maintain a better work/life balance.

We bring together diverse backgrounds and expertise, and our team is dynamic, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering excellence. If you are a results-driven professional looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a growing life sciences organisation, then please apply!
