  • Monitor and analyse funnel performance, using insights and data to improve conversion rates and student outcomes.

  • Partner with admissions, student success and university stakeholders to identify opportunities and remove barriers across the student journey.

  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities.

  • Champion continuous improvement through testing, learning and the implementation of best-practice marketing approaches.

  • Build trusted relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and delivering a world-class partner experience.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and external partners.

  • Strong project management, communication and presentation skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
