Jacobian is redefining diagnostic imaging. Formed by the merger of Smart Reporting - a pioneer in standardized, AI-driven clinical reporting - and Fluency for Imaging, the best-in-class radiology speech recognition platform, Jacobian delivers faster, more consistent reporting at scale in a single deeply integrated solution. We serve radiologists across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, processing more than 80 million exams per year and growing.

As an Adoption Specialist, you make sure radiology teams get the most out of Fluency for Imaging (FFI) from day one. You train customers in live and virtual classrooms, create the training materials that support them, and help new users become confident with the product, so radiologists can report faster and more consistently.

You join our U.S. Customer Success team and work closely with customers and our implementation project teams to plan and deliver training that meets each customer's learning objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Train customers on Fluency for Imaging in live and virtual classrooms, using a blended approach based on adult learning best practices
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
  • Check learners' understanding throughout training and adjust as needed
  • Deliver training as part of customer implementations, including before and after go-live where applicable
  • Work with customers and the implementation project team to prepare for and deliver on learning objectives
  • Gather feedback and use it to improve training experiences and learning outcomes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally in an imaging or radiology environment
  • Proven experience facilitating training, with knowledge of adult learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with several teams at once
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time across the U.S. and Canada.

Benefits

  • Join a fast-growing, mission-driven team shaping the future of AI in radiology - building products that improve workflows and patient outcomes worldwide
  • This role is open to fully remote candidates based anywhere in the US
  • Comprehensive health insurance available from day one
  • 401k contributions, employer match up to 5%
