1173| Senior UX Designer

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, user-centered experiences for innovative medical device software products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements in the medical device sector. Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Develop and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across medical device software products. Provide UX solutions and recommendations to enhance usability and the overall user experience. Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices within the healthcare and medical device domains.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web-based information systems. Previous experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries. Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design.

Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively work within cross-functional and Agile teams.

Nice to Have

Experience conducting usability testing and user research. Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements. Understanding of front-end development workflows. Experience with complex enterprise or data-driven applications.
