Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

• We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
• We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
• At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
• From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy

You combine strong project management skills with analytical thinking to drive meaningful improvements at both the team and company levels.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
• Nice to have: hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
• Nice to have: proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)

We strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates. Our process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments, and timed cognitive tests. If you are an individual with a disability or are neurodiverse and need specific accommodations—such as extra time on a test, an alternative communication format, or flexible scheduling—please feel free to let us know. We’re happy to work with you to ensure you can perform at your best.
