The Senior Product Manager, Revenue Systems is a senior individual contributor who owns the solutions strategy for the internal systems that support Infobase’s revenue-generating teams — Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Marketing — including the in-house Account and Order Management System (AMS), the outbound marketing email platform (GreenArrow), the customer success platform (ChurnZero), revenue-centric reporting, and the tooling that will join them (most immediately, a CRM for the Sales organization).
