About Us HarZa Group builds and scales direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. Our flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves over 400,000 customers who trust us with their health and their money, and our newer brands extend that same promise into oral care and at-home light therapy.
We ship primarily to the United States, run on paid digital channels, and have scaled 12x in a single year to nearly 150 people across 15+ countries. We are remote-first, async-first, and hold a high standard of accountability across everything we do. The Role We are looking for a licensed dermatologist to become the medical voice of our brand: on camera, on the page, and behind the science.
Our category is claims-led. The outcome we sell (healthier gum tissue, less visible recession, better skin quality) is not visually obvious in a three second scroll, and our customer is typically 50 to 70 years old and has already been disappointed by products that promised results.
We do not win by showing a pretty product. We win by explaining a mechanism clearly enough that a skeptical person believes it, and by having a credible clinician stand behind that explanation. That is what this role is.
You are not a passive endorser whose headshot sits in a footer. You explain the science on camera, you pressure-test what our copywriters write before it goes live, and your name and credentials travel with the brand. What You Will Do Serve as the on-camera medical voice across paid social, advertorials, landing pages, email, and organic content Explain the mechanism behind our products (collagen biology, photobiomodulation, tissue quality with age) in language a non-technical 55+ customer actually understands Film short-form video content on a regular monthly cadence: mechanism explainers, myth-busting, objection handling, and Q&A formats Review creative, scripts, and landing page copy for medical accuracy before launch, working directly with the performance creative and copy teams Flag claims that overreach and propose accurate alternatives that still land commercially, rather than simply rejecting them Interpret existing research and help the team understand what we can and cannot say Be publicly named and credited as the brand's medical authority, including bio, headshot, and credentials on site Contribute clinical perspective to product development and positioning as the portfolio expands What We Are Looking For Board-certified dermatologist (MD or DO) with an active, verifiable license Working familiarity with photobiomodulation, red and infrared light therapy, collagen biology, and age-related tissue change Genuinely comfortable and compelling on camera, with clear, warm, spoken English Willing to be publicly and permanently associated with a consumer brand, including in paid advertising Solid understanding of the line between structure and function claims and disease claims, and of FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements Able to work collaboratively with marketers: you understand that persuasion and accuracy are not enemies, and you can hold both Available for occasional live sessions within our collaboration window of 8am to 12pm EST Nice to Have Prior experience as a medical advisor, scientific advisor, or brand ambassador for a consumer health brand An existing audience on social, YouTube, or podcast Publication or teaching record in dermatology, aesthetics, or light-based therapy Familiarity with direct response advertising and how DTC health brands operate Engagement and Compensation This is an independent contractor engagement with a monthly retainer plus a content production component.
Final structure is aligned individually based on credentials, audience, and scope of usage rights. Payments are processed via Wise on our side, and you can receive them in any USD account or wallet you use, including Payoneer, PayPal, or a USD bank account. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes and local compliance.
What We Offer A fast-moving, remote-first environment where your input reaches millions of impressions rather than sitting in a deck. Direct access to founders and to the creative team building the work. A portfolio of brands in active expansion, which means the scope of this partnership grows as we grow. And a genuine commitment to getting the science right, because our customer base is one that cannot afford to be misled
