As a rapidly growing, internationally operating company, Hydrosat is expanding its satellite capabilities, commercial activities, and government partnerships. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Global HR Associate to support our growing international team.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our HR function, primarily focusing on US operations while assisting with HR activities across the globe. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on, predominantly administrative position suited to someone who genuinely enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, takes pride in accuracy, and can independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with our HR team and serve as an important point of coordination for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the global HR team, with a primary focus on US operations. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation, communications, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, employee records, and other HR-related correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across HR systems, databases, and internal records. Support recruitment administration, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and preparation of hiring documentation.

Monitor shared HR inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up or escalation when necessary. Track administrative deadlines, maintain organized documentation, and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion. Support the coordination of virtual employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR communications. Other duties as assigned.
