You will manage and optimise Pipedrive, administer the WooCommerce store, maintain accurate sales pipelines and develop workflows that reduce manual work.
You will also support the sales team with customer enquiries, appointments, reporting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong, hands-on Pipedrive and WooCommerce experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and finding opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
We are looking for someone who does more than follow instructions: someone who researches solutions, identifies bottlenecks and brings practical improvement ideas to the team. The role starts at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time hours as the business scales. There may also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses as the role and business grow.
