Position Summary:
At managed.com, we're a remote-first, global team. We're also AI-first, so finding practical ways to use AI is part of every role here
This role focuses on CloudBlue, a managed.com business that powers cloud commerce for many of the world’s largest service providers, including major Telcos, distributors, and MSPs. CloudBlue enables partners to monetize and manage cloud services and subscriptions at scale, combining the agility of a high-growth business with the backing of a global organization.
As the Senior Product Manager , you will play a key role in defining market needs, shaping solutions, and driving the evolution of the CloudBlue platform. You will connect customer problems, product strategy, and AI-driven innovation into scalable solutions within a microservices-based, cloud-native SaaS environment. Working within a fully remote and international team, you will help deliver impactful product capabilities that align with business goals while enhancing customer and partner experiences.
What you’ll do
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with CloudBlue’s business goals, partners, and customers
- Research, validate, and translate market needs into product opportunities and roadmap initiatives
- Plan and prioritize product roadmap deliverables, aligning releases with business impact and strategic priorities
- Define solutions through clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure strong go-to-market execution
- Support adoption of product features by working closely with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance the platform
- Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs
About you
- 5+ years of experience in product management within a relevant technology domain (experience in solution or software architecture is also valuable)
- Strong experience scoping and validating complex customer requirements
- Ability to operate effectively at different levels of detail depending on context and audience
- Solid understanding of software design, development, testing, and delivery, including APIs and system interactions
- Experience in domains such as Billing, BSS, ERP, Finance, eCommerce, or AI-driven solutions with large customer bases is required
- Practical experience applying AI-first workflows to product management and day-to-day processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure services (Kubernetes, databases, and storage across AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be beneficial
- Familiarity with development technologies such as Python, Go, SQL, or similar tools is an added advantage
What we offer:
- Remote-first work, with team members across many countries
- Competitive pay, benchmarked against the markets we hire in
- Room to grow, with real ownership of your work and support for professional development
- Flexibility in how and when you work, within the core hours your team needs
- Access to the AI tools you need to do your work, and the room to experiment with them
