We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us? What’s the position? We are looking for a Commercial Counsel to provide legal support and guidance across multiple functions of the company, including senior management.

The role will include broad legal responsibilities with respect to commercial matters for the company, including drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, sponsorship and partnership agreements, marketing, media and affiliate agreements, product and technology agreements and other commercial agreements. The role will work closely with teams across the business technology and product, social/free to play games, marketing, finance and operations.
