Join Grapple Law and help change the future of legal AI

We are looking for someone to work at the intersection of law and AI. You will translate real legal workflows and user interactions into structured product requirements, helping shape how legal services are delivered through technology. This is a challenging product role. It is a hybrid position requiring natural language ability, systems thinking, and comfort working closely with lawyers & developers.

About Grapple Law

Grapple Law is an AI lawyer for the average person getting beaten by the system, never for businesses. Think legal Chat GPT, but it also sends legal headed emails and negotiates for you.

Our traction since launch in September 2025:

5,000 new users monthly

Monthly revenue around £40,000 and rising

Around £1.5M in successful settlements negotiated for clients

This is a world first: AI has successfully negotiated out of court settlements against human lawyers (recent news coverage below), and our 600 Google & Trust Pilot reviews are 5* across the board.

The vision is to expand into every area of consumer law in the UK and internationally, helping millions of ordinary people stand up against ‘the system’ - never working for businesses.

We encourage creativity, health and wellness, and flexible working hours.

The team is growing and includes the CEO, 2 developers, tech support, content, customer service, and a marketing manager.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Translate Legal Work into Product Logic

Analyse real user conversations (employee-side employment law queries)

Identify patterns, edge cases, and decision points

Convert legal reasoning into structured workflows (e.g. decision trees, logic flows)

  1. Prompts & AI

Help design and refine prompts used in legal workflows

Test and iterate on AI behaviour

Consider different models & help reduce token spend

  1. Requirements & Workflow Design

Gather and define product requirements from legal use cases, data & speaking to users

Design and structure AI workflows (or equivalent internal systems)

Work with developers to improve existing systems

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work directly with lawyers, developers & product marketing

No hierarchy: this is a hands-on, execution-focused role

Act as a “translator” between users and dev

  1. Rollout & iterate

Owning rollout of new features

Reviewing usage data & suggesting amendments

Internal training on how features work

Suggesting & measuring UX improvements

What We're Looking For

3+ years of product management

1+ years in AI product management

Some ability to code

Experience in working with LLM’s in a natural language application

Nice to Have

Experience in legal field

B2C experience

Why This Role Matters

You will help pioneer how legal services are delivered through AI, and help build something that improves access to justice.
