Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking licensed, board-certified physicians to provide medical direction and collaborate with nurse practitioners supporting planned mental-health and substance-use treatment programs.
This remote role offers flexible scheduling. Hours and responsibilities will be agreed upon based on the programs and clinicians you support.
What you would do

Review clinical charts and answer clinical questions.

Collaborate with nurse practitioners.

Help develop clinical policies and support program licensing.

Participate in scheduled case reviews and quality improvement.
Requirements

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license.

Current board certification appropriate to the services provided.
