Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts Who You Are: You are a player-coach with genuine analytical depth and a builder's instinct. You do not wait to be asked — you surface what matters before it becomes urgent and bring recommendations, not just observations. You are comfortable walking into a room of experienced GTM leaders and challenging their thinking with data. You see broken workflows as problems to fix, not facts of life, and you have the operational credibility to implement the fix yourself. You thrive on unstructured problems and ambiguity is your baseline, not your blocker. About the Role We're looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst team. In this role, you'll own analytics, reporting, and process for a dedicated segment of the revenue org becoming the go-to person who turns raw performance data into the reporting, programs, and workflows that team runs on day to day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who's equally comfortable building a dashboard, designing a process from scratch, and troubleshooting a broken workflow, and who wants a direct line of sight into how their work moves the business. What You'll Do Analytics & Reporting Own and manage all performance analytics and reporting for your assigned segment, giving leadership a clear, real-time view of how the business is performing Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring reports that leadership relies on to make decisions Own program attribution — the tracking, operations, and reporting that connect activity to outcomes Process & Program Development Design, build, and optimize end-to-end processes for your segment, from initial concept to rollout and iteration Own pipeline/workflow management for your segment, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements Strategic Initiatives & Performance Track performance against goals and KPIs for your segment, flagging gaps early and calling out what's working Identify growth opportunities by digging into the data where conversion is leaking, where capacity is underused, where a small change could move a big number Build the business case for new initiatives: scope the opportunity, size the impact, and get leadership buy-in Execute initiatives end-to-end, from planning through rollout, adjusting as you go based on what the data shows Report on initiative outcomes against the original goals, and use those learnings to shape what you tackle next Tools, Systems & Automation Build, own, and maintain the backend workflows and automations that power your segment's day-to-day operations in the HighLevel’s CRM Leverage AI solutions for reporting, dashboards, and analysis Stakeholder Partnership Act as the analytics and operations partner to your segment's leadership — meeting with them regularly (e.g., weekly) to review progress, surface issues, and align on priorities Support onboarding, training, and change management when new processes or tools roll out Fulfill ad hoc requests from leadership, prioritizing and scoping work independently What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in business/revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or a related analytical or operational field Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) strongly preferred Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and comfort building within or alongside GTM systems and automation platforms Proven ability to build a process or program from scratch — scoping it, standing it up, and iterating based on results Experience building or maintaining backend workflows, automations, or internal tools (no-code/low-code platforms, Zapier, workflow builders, etc. are a plus) Strong attribution/tracking instincts — comfortable connecting activity data to outcomes and building reporting that holds up to scrutiny Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into a clear narrative for leadership audiences A track record of operating independently in ambiguous situations, troubleshooting systems issues, and driving work to resolution Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus, not a requirement
