About role As a Junior SAP Transactional Banking Consultant , you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions for the Transactional and Banking Services modules of the SAP Fioneer Platform. You’ll work alongside senior consultants to learn the platform, contribute to process improvements, and assist with integrating solutions into banks’ and financial institutions’ IT landscapes.

Responsibilities Support senior consultants in SAP Transactional Banking activities on the SAP Fioneer Platform. Assist with designing and delivering customer-focused solutions, building your platform knowledge along the way. Help review module-related processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Support the implementation and integration of solutions into banks’ existing IT environments. Contribute to digitalization and process-automation initiatives under guidance from experienced team members. Assist with initial implementations and ongoing module enhancements.

Suitable for candidates with up to one year of relevant experience. You’ll be working with some of the brightest and most forward-thinking professionals in the industry. At SAP Fioneer, winning as a team is part of our DNA.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. Up to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects related to banking, technology, or digital transformation. Basic understanding of banking processes and IT infrastructures.

Interest in supporting the integration of banking solutions into existing systems. Ability to contribute to process-improvement initiatives under the guidance of experienced colleagues. Strong analytical skills, business awareness, and an interest in IT solution design.

Business-fluent English, both written and spoken. Eager to learn and support solution design, project delivery, and transformation initiatives. Collaborative culture with smart people in a fast-growing company.
