Extreme Networks – German and English Language Skills Required, UK-based Position Overview The Integrated Campaigns and Programs Manager – EMEA at Extreme Networks will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth across the region. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that span digital campaigns, ABM, virtual events, and EMEA lighthouse initiatives such as executive programs and flagship regional activations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between global campaign strategy and regional execution, working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs for priority accounts and target segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated campaign and program strategies aligned to EMEA business objectives, with a strong emphasis on ABM for priority accounts and target segments. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and programs across digital channels (email, social, paid search, display), ABM platforms, and field programs including physical and virtual events, webinars, and other EMEA lighthouse initiatives (e.g., executive and vertical roundtables, innovation showcases). Own the translation of global, corporate-led campaigns into effective regional execution by working closely with corporate shared service teams (including Corporate Campaigns, Digital, ABM, and Marketing Operations) and regional Field Marketing—ensuring relevance, consistency, and maximum impact across EMEA markets. Partner closely with regional sales and marketing stakeholders to align account plans, messaging, and program plays; optimize funnel performance; and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Monitor campaign and program performance, report on KPIs (including engagement and pipeline contribution), and continuously optimize programs based on data-driven insights. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution and consistent program delivery across EMEA. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign/program management within the technology sector. Strong knowledge of Gen AI use case adoption in marketing (e.g., Claude) and experienced with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense). Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken). Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, matrixed environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Location & Travel This role is based in the UK, supporting the EMEA region, with flexibility for remote work. Occasional travel is required for team meetings and regional or industry events across EMEA. Compensation based on qualifications and experience between 60-80k + Bonus Extreme Networks Benefits
