Earn a Monthly Retainer for Minimal Ongoing Involvement We are looking for a UK-based individual to act as a Nominee Director for an established company. This role is primarily administrative and compliance-focused, with very little time required once initial onboarding is completed. During the first month, you may spend approximately 1-2 hours assisting with company setup and banking documentation. Thereafter, involvement is typically limited to occasional document reviews and signatures, with some periods requiring no action at all. Your Role Remotely sign documents for bank account applications and company administration. Support occasional compliance-related requirements. Be available for infrequent communication when necessary. Compensation £100 - £125 per month Why This Role?
