Service Solutions Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a confident Service Solutions Sales Consultant to help customers find the right cleaning solution while driving growth for our business. We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , and this role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a natural sales ability. The Role You’ll speak with warm leads, understand exactly what each customer needs and recommend the most suitable service — turning enquiries into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities Engage with and convert warm leads Understand customer needs through effective questioning Recommend suitable cleaning solutions Build rapport and establish customer confidence Follow up with prospective clients Manage lead and customer information through the CRM Negotiate effectively and overcome objections Achieve and exceed sales targets What We Offer Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission OTE R25,000+ per month Fully remote working Supportive management team 40 days paid annual leave Opportunities for career progression
