We are seeking a Nominee Director to assist with basic corporate compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational appointment with very limited involvement. The initial setup may take approximately 1–2 hours, followed by occasional tasks once or twice during the year.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director. Sign relevant company and banking documents remotely. Assist with occasional corporate compliance matters.
Compensation
£100 - £125 per month.
