We are recruiting a Nominee Director to provide limited support with company formalities and compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational role with a very small time commitment. The initial setup may require 1–2 hours, followed by occasional requirements throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the company's appointed UK Nominee Director. Sign relevant company and banking documents remotely. Provide occasional assistance with corporate compliance matters.
Compensation
£100 - £125 per month.
