B2C Sales Consultant

We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , and we’re looking for a confident B2C Sales Consultant to help turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings. If you’re driven by targets, enjoy speaking to customers and know how to turn a conversation into a sale, this is an opportunity to make a real impact while earning through uncapped commission. The Role You’ll manage warm customer leads from initial enquiry through to booking, understand their requirements, recommend the right service and maximise every sales opportunity. Responsibilities Contact and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings Build rapport and understand customer requirements Recommend suitable cleaning services Follow up with prospective customers and maximise conversion Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information Consistently meet or exceed sales targets What We Offer Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000+ per month) Fully remote working 40 days paid annual leave
