Job Summary
Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Team Manager to lead and manage an established Epic Beaker team. The ideal candidate will be Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and/or Clinical Pathology (CP) certified with demonstrated experience leading and managing Beaker teams. This individual will provide team oversight, coordinate priorities and deliverables, support Beaker initiatives, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
This is a six-month contract opportunity with an anticipated start date of October 26. The position is primarily remote, with onsite travel required as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and/or Clinical Pathology (CP) certification.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing Epic Beaker teams.
- Strong knowledge of Epic Beaker workflows and functionality.
- Experience providing direction, oversight, and support to Epic application team members.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, assignments, and project deliverables.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel onsite as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in both Epic Beaker AP and CP.
- Previous leadership experience within a complex healthcare IT environment.
- Experience supporting Epic Beaker implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clinical, laboratory, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and addressing project risks, issues, and resource needs.
