Team: Product Reports to: Chief Product Officer (CPO)
About Eftsure
At Eftsure, we’re focused on helping businesses operate with greater confidence, security and control. We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Operations Manager to help drive our most important product initiatives and bring our product strategy to life.
About the role
As Product Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional product programs, including company-critical launches and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration.
Working closely with Product, Engineering and senior leadership, you’ll bring structure, clarity and operational rigour to complex initiatives, ensuring they move seamlessly from strategy through execution, launch, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
You’ll help establish the processes, planning rhythms, reporting and decision-making frameworks that enable our teams to work effectively at scale. This is an opportunity to shape how product operations work across the business, building repeatable systems that improve alignment, accountability and execution.
What you’ll do
-
Drive strategic product initiatives: Lead end-to-end execution of key product programs, from initial alignment and planning through launch, rollout, adoption and post-launch follow-through.
-
Bring clarity to complex programs: Develop actionable plans that define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures and escalation paths.
-
Own product planning: Establish and manage annual and monthly product planning cadences in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
-
Create a single source of truth: Maintain a clear, accurate and current view of the product roadmap across teams, geographies and product lines.
-
Measure product performance: Build and maintain the metrics, dashboards and reporting needed to understand product health, track KPIs and measure outcomes.
-
Enable effective decision-making: Establish and facilitate forums for strategy reviews, roadmap prioritisation, launch readiness, executive and board updates, and retrospectives.
-
Drive continuous improvement: Translate lessons from launches and planning cycles into improved processes, stronger ways of working and more effective execution.
-
Support cross-functional integration: Help coordinate complex initiatives across teams and business functions, including M&A integration and other company-critical programs.
What we’re looking for
You’re an organised, strategic thinker who thrives on bringing structure to complexity. You can move comfortably between big-picture planning and the operational details required to get things done. You build strong relationships across teams, communicate with clarity and know how to turn ambitious goals into measurable results.
You’ll bring:
-
Relevant experience: 4+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations or a related role within a technology company.
-
Program leadership: A proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes, cross-functional product launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoption.
-
Planning and prioritisation: Experience designing or managing roadmap, prioritisation and planning cadences across multiple Product and Engineering teams.
-
Operational excellence: Demonstrated ability to build repeatable systems, scalable processes and effective ways of working, rather than simply operating within existing frameworks.
-
Executive communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, insightful and decision-ready updates to executives and senior stakeholders.
-
Global collaboration: Experience working effectively across geographies, time zones and distributed teams.
It would be a bonus if you have
-
Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, complex customer implementations, migrations or phased product rollouts.
-
Direct experience with M&A, post-merger integration or major organisational restructuring.
Why join EFTsure?
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our product organisation operates and scales. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, influence how critical initiatives are planned and delivered, and help build the operational foundations that support our continued growth.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, connecting strategy with execution and helping cross-functional teams deliver their best work, we’d love to hear from you.
