Job Description

The Production QC Associate is a part-time remote role within Production responsible for helping protect message deliverability, system health, and overall production quality across Drips messaging workflows.

The associate performs structured testing and quality-control activities to verify that SMS messages are delivered correctly, branded URLs function properly, and the Drips platform operates as expected. The role requires careful execution of repeatable testing procedures, accurate documentation, pattern recognition, and timely escalation of confirmed issues.

QC Associates generally work in this priority order:

  • Centene Quality Audits
  • Vanity Domain Testing
  • Throughput Testing

Associates may also support additional audits, ticket follow-up, client or campaign quality checks, and other evolving Production QC initiatives as assigned.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform daily System QA testing across supported providers and carriers.
  • Perform vanity-domain testing to verify SMS deliverability and URL redirection.
  • Perform throughput testing across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
  • Review testing reports line by line and follow established testing procedures consistently.
  • Record test outcomes accurately in spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems.
  • Identify delivery issues, repeat failures, inconsistencies, and other anomalies.
  • Escalate confirmed issues to Production leadership or the appropriate internal team.
  • Maintain clear, organized records of testing activity, findings, and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate schedule concerns, testing delays, equipment issues, and blockers promptly.
  • Support additional audits, ticket follow-up, and special QC projects as assigned.
  • Use approved QC tools and documentation to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Protect confidential client, campaign, and operational information.

Required Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable internet access suitable for remote work.
  • Adequate cell reception and access to the required testing devices or carrier environments.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured procedures consistently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to remain organized, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work accurately without losing focus.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort identifying patterns, inconsistencies, or recurring issues.
  • Willingness to learn technical workflows, internal terminology, and company systems.
  • Availability to work the agreed part-time schedule within the approved operating window.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control, quality assurance, software testing, data entry, or process-driven operational work.
  • Experience working with SMS, telecommunications, web links, or digital communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, data validation, or issue tracking.
  • Experience working remotely or independently with limited direct supervision.
  • Coursework or experience in English, computer science, information technology, communications, or a related field.
