The full posting
At Digital Forms we help mid-sized service businesses go through digital transformation — part consulting, part building the software ourselves. This time we're hiring a Technology Lead for a US-based company running a proprietary, AI-integrated SaaS platform in a regulated, healthcare-adjacent industry. The platform is built on a modern AWS serverless stack, and its AI/LLM features aren't a roadmap slide — LLM-based document classification and retrieval-augmented generation for decision support are already live in production. The company is in the middle of an interesting shift: from a services business to a product/platform company, and it's scaling its Poland-based engineering organisation to match. That's where you come in. It's a newly created role — the first dedicated technical leadership hire embedded with the Polish team: ~15 engineers across backend, frontend, AI/ML and data squads, plus QA, DevOps and design. You'll report to the company's part-time/fractional CIO, who currently coordinates delivery directly, take over day-to-day technical ownership of the team, and become the primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
