About DEUNA 🧡 DEUNA is a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing global commerce with ATHIA, our AI-powered orchestration and payments platform that helps large enterprises boost approval rates, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue. Built by the team behind DEUNA—the fastest-growing Commerce OS in Latin America—ATHIA combines payment intelligence, checkout optimization, and data orchestration in one powerful solution.

With deep integrations across 300+ PSPs and alternative payment methods, and over 20% of Mexico’s digital economy running through our platform, we simplify global payments through a single integration and centralized reconciliation. We are a rapidly growing startup expanding into the U.S. to meet the urgent needs of large retailers, marketplaces, airlines, and QSRs.

Join us to shape the future of payments! 🚀 Visit https://www.deuna.com/ to learn more about us! We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and grow DEUNA's partner ecosystem in the US. You'll own relationships across the payments value chain — PSPs, acquirers, gateways, card networks, alternative payment methods (APMs), fraud/risk vendors, and technology/platform partners — and turn them into joint go-to-market, co-selling, and integration partnerships that expand DEUNA's reach and revenue in the US market.

What you'll do Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic payment and technology partners (PSPs, acquirers, gateways, APMs, fraud/risk providers, ISVs, agencies, and SIs). Own partner relationships end to end — from outreach and deal structuring to signed agreements and ongoing account management.

Build joint go-to-market and co-selling motions, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Negotiate commercial terms, including referral, reseller, and revenue-share agreements. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to prioritize and launch integrations that create clear merchant value.

Run partner QBRs, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives; serve as the US point of contact for the ecosystem. Define and track partnership KPIs (pipeline, revenue, activation, integration milestones) and report on impact. Represent DEUNA at industry events and across the US payments community.

What you'll bring 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles — ideally in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS. Solid understanding of the payments value chain: PSPs, acquirers, card networks, gateways, orchestration, APMs, and fraud/risk. Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems and driving partner-sourced revenue.

Experience negotiating commercial and revenue-share agreements. Strong relationship-building, communication, and executive presence. Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Based in the US and able to travel for partner meetings and events. Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus (LATAM-headquartered company). Nice to have An existing network within the US payments/fintech ecosystem.

Experience at a payment orchestrator, PSP, gateway, or enterprise merchant. Familiarity with enterprise e-commerce checkout and API/SDK integration models. High-growth / startup environment experience.
