Recruiters with existing Korean candidate networks, language communities, university contacts, hospitality networks, entertainment networks, customer service talent pools or relocation experience will have a significant advantage. Responsibilities • Source and engage high-quality Korean-speaking candidates • Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking channels • Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication • Work closely with DKR's Service Delivery Team and Managing Director • Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation • Support future hiring projects across Europe, UAE and international markets Requirements ✔ Fluent Korean and English (written and spoken) ✔ Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience ✔ Experience recruiting internationally is highly desirable ✔ Strong sourcing and networking skills ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects ✔ Excellent communication and organisational abilities ✔ Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology is advantageous ✔ Proven ability to identify and engage talent within South Korea
