Position : Marketing Manager

Salary : Php 70,000 to Php 90,000

Working Hours : Aligned with AU Business Hours

Work Type : Independent Contractor

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company engineers and supplies premium, world-class surfacing solutions tailored for aquatic environments, playgrounds, sports facilities, and recreational spaces. Installed across high-profile water parks, resorts, splash pads, and civic infrastructure globally—with core footprints spanning Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East—our systems blend durability, aesthetic appeal, and technical performance. We are committed to safety, design innovation, and sustained global growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The company is seeking an autonomous, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our end-to-end marketing function. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level commercial objectives and tactical delivery: defining priorities, structuring an actionable marketing roadmap, executing multi-channel campaigns, and directly driving qualified inbound inquiries.

Operating with autonomy, you will receive overarching strategic context, product insights, and sign-offs from executive leadership, while independently driving initiatives from concept to execution. This role requires balanced capability in strategic planning and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. Initial focus areas center on high-impact email marketing workflows, compelling written project case studies, and brand content, followed by website optimization, social presence, and targeted paid acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Marketing Planning : Define marketing priorities, establish clear objectives with the leadership team, and manage an active, practical marketing calendar.
• End-to-End Execution : Drive initiatives autonomously from brief to completion, managing production timelines and proactively sourcing necessary inputs and approvals.
• Email Marketing & List Management : Architect, draft, build, and deploy targeted email campaigns—including product releases, project showcases, and nurture sequences—while segmenting audience data across global markets.
• Content Creation & Technical Storytelling : Produce high-caliber case studies, technical articles, and web copy that translate complex product specifications into compelling value propositions for architects, contractors, and facility managers.
• Collateral & Asset Development : Coordinate cross-functionally to collect photography, technical specs, and customer testimonials to transform raw project data into polished marketing assets.
• Digital & Channel Management : Maintain and optimize core digital touchpoints, including CMS updates and organic B2B social media channels.
• Paid Campaigns : Identify high-yield opportunities, design target criteria, and manage digital ad spend aligned with commercial objectives and available bandwidth.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting : Monitor pipeline generation, traffic, and campaign metrics; deliver actionable insights and iterative optimizations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B marketing, with demonstrable experience owning campaigns or an independent marketing function.
• Direct hands-on capability across email marketing systems, modern CMS platforms, web analytics, and baseline graphic design tools.
• Exceptional copywriting and long-form written English capabilities, specifically calibrated for Australian B2B commercial audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to translate broad business mandates into tactical delivery without requiring granular day-to-day supervision.
• Strong organizational discipline, project management rigor, and the prioritization skills needed to handle competing operational demands.
• High commercial acumen with the executive presence to present recommendations, challenge assumptions, and communicate with business owners.

PREFERRED:

• Around 3–4 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with substantive operational ownership (demonstrated capability prioritized over tenure).
• Prior background supporting or working directly within Australian business environments.
• Industry exposure within commercial surfacing, building materials, architecture, construction, or commercial recreation/aquatics.

What you’ll bring:

• Proactive Ownership : A self-starter mindset that anticipates operational needs, surfaces roadblocks early, and maintains steady forward momentum.
• Strategic Execution : Equal comfort operating at 30,000 feet aligning goals with founders and at ground level writing copy and deploying campaigns.
• Commercial Mindset : A results-oriented focus dedicated to generating qualified pipeline, empowering the sales function, and maximizing return on marketing efforts.
• Clear Communication : Transparent, candid, and articulate stakeholder engagement that drives consensus and accelerates decision-making.
