ABOUT THE COMPANY:
The company is an engaging, child-centric brand dedicated to inspiring creativity and learning through purposeful play. With strong community appeal and expanding operations, we offer high-potential franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs eager to open their own centre. As we scale our footprint across Australia, we are focused on welcoming driven franchise partners who align with our vision and values.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a persistent, highly articulate, and results-driven Appointment Setter to manage inbound franchise enquiries and connect prospective business owners with our leadership team.
In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between warm inbound interest and franchise development. You will handle leads originating from digital marketing campaigns, franchise platforms, and direct web enquiries. Your primary mission is to engage interested candidates, conduct introductory discovery discussions, provide high-level franchise information, and schedule qualified prospects for in-depth strategy calls with our Sales Manager and Franchise Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Engagement & Prioritization : Systematically manage the shared lead sheet, prioritizing new inbound enquiries and executing planned follow-up cadences.
- Outbound Outreach : Call and email prospective franchisees to explore their interest, motivation, and timeline for opening a centre.
- Persistent Follow-up : Implement structured, multi-touch outreach strategies (phone and email) to connect with unresponsive prospects, coordinate callbacks, and re-engage missed connections.
- Initial Discovery & Qualification : Screen prospects regarding preferred franchise locations, target launch timeframes, professional background, investment readiness, and core questions.
- Collateral Distribution : Share relevant informational materials, including franchise overviews, fees, approved financial models, business plans, and Letters of Intent (LOI).
- Appointment Scheduling : Book qualified prospects directly onto the Sales Manager’s or Franchise Manager’s calendar, ensuring accurate time zone management, calendar invite distribution, and reminder sequences.
- Show-Rate Optimization : Proactively follow up on missed appointments and coordinate rescheduling to maintain strong pipeline conversion.
- Pipeline Administration : Maintain impeccable records in spreadsheets/CRM, documenting every touchpoint, prospect notes, materials sent, and scheduled next steps.
Requirements
- Exceptional English Communication : Flawless verbal and written English skills with a polished, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Relevant Experience : Proven track record in appointment setting, inside sales, lead qualification, telesales, or high-touch customer-facing roles.
- Tenacity & Drive : A resilient, proactive mindset with a relentless follow-through approach to lead nurturing.
- Technical Literacy : Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), CRM software, email suites, and shared calendar platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
- Operational Independence : Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently during Australian business hours.
PREFERRED:
- Prior experience in franchise sales qualification, business opportunity broking, or high-ticket B2B appointment setting.
- Familiarity with Australian geography, business customs, and time zones.
What You’ll Bring:
- A High-Energy, Consultative Demeanor : The ability to represent the company brand with warmth, professionalism, and credibility.
- Relentless Follow-Through : An intrinsic drive to chase every warm lead, never giving up on prospective partners while maintaining respectful, polished engagement.
- Attention to Detail : Rigorous tracking habits ensuring no lead is overlooked and all appointment details are flawlessly confirmed.
- Collaborative Spirit : A supportive approach to working alongside the Sales and Franchise Managers to drive business growth.
